Chuck Wiseman, Complete Contracting, Inc., is the 2012 president of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire. Succeeding Alan Amdahl, Alan Amdahl Construction Co., as leader of the Association, Chuck  is serving his elected position as President from January 1 until Decemeber 31, 2012. Chuck is the owner of Complete Contracting, Inc. Chuck is the current Vice-Chair of the Home Show Committee. He also serves on the following committees: Dream Home Tour, Activities, Executive, Membership and Parade of Homes. He has volunteered on Repair Affair Day and also serves on the South Dakota Home Builders Association’s Board of Directors.
