This weekend hundreds of people will walk at the Heart Walk in Sioux Falls to fight the #1 killer in America. Every 38 seconds, someone in the USA dies of cardiovascular disease (CVD). In fact, CVD kills more women annually than all forms of cancer combined.

Heart failure hits home for Kneip and Company, as our beloved teammate Pam was diagnosed over a year ago. Thankfully, Pam was incredibly lucky.

"The right diagnosis at the right time, the right treatment plan, literally turned my life around," Pam said.  "A year later, I feel great. I'll never be 'cured' of heart failure.... but it's a condition that I can manage... and live with!"

The walk begins Saturday morning at 9 a.m. at Falls Park. Festivities also include live music, vendors, kids' games, and survivor recognition.
