Make sure not to miss the 2008 Fall Parade of Homes September 13-16th in the Sioux Falls area. As proud members of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire, we're pleased to once again be participating with builder-partners as hosts at display homes, and as event volunteers for the Association.

The Parade Schedule is as follows:

Saturday & Sunday, September 13th and 14th, 1-5pm

Monday & Tuesday, September 15th & 16th, 5:30-8:30pm

Over 85 homes are open to the public, so it's a great opportunity to see first-hand all that's new and exciting in the local construction industry! Many builders act as hosts at their homes, so you'll have the opportunity to meet them, as well (a great idea if you are considering building any time soon!). Price categories will range from those homes listed under $135,000, all the way to homes over $1,000,000. Parade homes are located in and around Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, Hartford, Tea and even Wall Lake.
