September was a great month for home sales in Sioux Falls, where 65.6 percent more homes sold this September than Sept. 2010.

Buyers are taking advantage of record-low mortgage rates to purchase homes in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. Sellers are presented with a larger clientele.
