Your agent has access to information regarding properties that the typical seller or buyer can’t obtain. This enables your agent to find out all of the positive and negative aspects of a particular property. Plus, access to additional homes that are not advertised in local papers and publications.

  1. Language of real estate-

If you don’t have a real estate agent, getting to understand the terms used in the buying and selling process can be very difficult to comprehend. An agent can help you grasp some of the terms like CMA, HUD, and the different types of deeds that might be foreign to the common person.
