Sioux Falls offers a diversified industry base, low crime rate, favorable cost of living, clean environment, good schools, great park system, booming medical industry... and probably more sporting, cultural and entertainment opportunities than you expect from a midwestern city of approximately 150,000 people.

Historically, our growth has been slow and steady. Today, our local housing market remains more solid than in many other parts of the United States. We never experienced the huge (inflated) gains in real estate values here -- but in today's economy -- we're not experiencing the huge "fall's" either. That's stability we'll (gladly) take!
